Quotes, Pricing, and Payment

• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change due to site conditions, access, duration, or additional services requested.
• Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on your order confirmation or invoice. Late payments may incur fees.
• Taxes, disposal, environmental, delivery, fuel, damage waiver, and other fees may apply where permitted by law and will be disclosed at or before checkout.

Service, Delivery, and Access

• You must provide safe and legal placement areas with adequate access for delivery, servicing, and pickup.
• You are responsible for securing any required permits or site permissions.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, traffic, or site inaccessibility.

Proper Use and Care

• Units are for their intended sanitary purpose only. Prohibited activities include vandalism, moving units without authorization, or disposing of non-sanitary or hazardous materials inside units.
• You are responsible for damages caused by misuse, theft, or negligence while units are in your care, custody, or control.
• You agree not to use the services for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

SMS Text Messaging

If you opt-in, we may send SMS messages related to quotes, delivery windows, service reminders, and account updates. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP". For help, reply "HELP". Standard message and data rates may apply.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Boop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
